Washington's Keynesian bankster ideology of economic manipulation to keep largesse flowing finally blows up in its faceUnknownnoreply@blogger.comBlogger2125tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3728161.post-7852949920458379952011-02-01T18:19:08.146-08:002011-02-01T18:19:08.146-08:00Aangirfan seems to be suggesting that the “revolut...Aangirfan seems to be suggesting that the “revolution” is really a plot to break up/shatter Egypt the way so many other Middle Eastern countries have been shattered by the Zionists/Anglo-American neocons/neoliberals both directly (Afghanistan, Iraq) and indirectly (Palestine, Pakistan.)

I don’t buy it.

First, the Evil Ones already had Mubarak, a true statist-authoritarian thug and oppressor, under their thumb. There was no need to topple that particular apple cart.

Secondly, when the revolution first broke out, the Establishment immediately started calling for calm and “stability.” They were in no mood to encourage the protestors in any way, shape or form, or discourage Mubarak by announcing the suspension of aid, as they could have. They clearly wanted to protect the status-quo.

Thirdly, Israel has been issuing secret and not-so-secret cables and calls for the West to come to Mubarak’s aid and prop up his regime.

Also, I don’t think aangirfan realizes the extent to which the Egyptian masses were already totally impoverished, nor the extent to which the economic downturn and inflationary environment has made their plight even worse (as mentioned in the article above).

No, increasingly, The Center Will Not Hold...and this is scaring the Evil Ones to death.Chris Moorehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11047837119620914455noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3728161.post-62158222943007681762011-02-01T05:46:43.290-08:002011-02-01T05:46:43.290-08:00chris, I think you have taken the wrong track conc...chris, I think you have taken the wrong track concerning the situation in Egypt, and would so appreciate your reading the excellent investigative reports on same, found at www.aangirfan.blogspot.com.
