Democrats' God and Jerusalem plank at recent convention exposed the dark underbelly of neophyte Zionism that motivates elites of both mainline parties

(By Chris Moore) -- The battle royale between Republican and Democrat Beltway elites over which party will best serve the interests of Israel over the interests of America took a turn towards the downright bizarre when both parties scrambled to change their platform planks to endorse Jerusalem as the capital of Israel -- a reversal of course that is sure to further inflame the Arab street against the American presence in the Mideast and to further endanger the U.S. troops stuck on the ground there as chess pieces for the political class in Washington.

As Jason Ditz of AntiWar.com reported:

Throwing official support behind Israel was the order of the day in Charlotte, as the Democrats quickly revised their official platform to re-include an endorsement of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel after taking a public lashing by Republicans for not having it in.

The move was not only hastily done, but downright ugly, as convention chair Antonio Villaraigosa called three identical voice votes on the issue, and when each audibly failed announced that “the motion is adopted.” It was met with the chorus of boos as the change clearly did not reflect the wishes of convention-goers.

And while the Republicans were chastising Democrats for not having that language in their platform in the first place, it was eventually discovered, because apparently they didn’t check first, that the Republican platform did the same thing, removing a 2008 promise to endorse Jerusalem as the “undivided capital” as well as removing a promise to move the embassy.

The Democrat-partisan, liberal Jewish comedian Jon Stewart did a segment of his Daily Show critical of how easily Democrats are manipulated by Republicans demagoguing God and Jerusalem, but a closer study of the issue shows that it was actually Jewish Zionists within the mainstream of the Democratic Party itself that pushed for inclusion of the Jerusalem plank.

During the Democratic convention, an article in the Jewish Week reported on the indignation over its absence by Jewish Zionist Democrats such as Sen. Charles Schumer, Rep. Eliot Engel, and Rep. Jerrold Nadler, and it became clear that they and other wealthy and powerful Zionist-partisan Democrats were the force that ram-rodded the plank into the Democratic platform over the objections of the rank and file plebes, who complained they were "shammed".

All of this once again raises the issue of Jewish Zionist domination of the Democratic Party, and whether wealthy and powerful Zionists are putting the interests and agenda of Israel and organized Jewry ahead of the interests of America -- and not just Jewish Zionists in the Democratic Party, but Judeo-"Christian," messianic or ideological Zionists in both parties, as well, particularly within the neocon coalition on the right.

It seems the "secular" elites engineering so many of these conflicts with the Islamic world aren't so secular at all. Their religion is a combination of messianic Zionism and hyper materialism, and this applies on both the right (the Jewish neocons, the Judeo-Christian Zionists and their Big Brother God crony capitalism) and the left (Holocaustianity, Judeophile liberalism and their Big Brother God crony socialism).

"God blesses those who bless the Jews," seems to be the implicit operational slogan for both parties.

Of course, it's the grand pose of party elites that they are secular, objective, impartial and scientific on issues of public policy, but make no mistake...sneering religious bigotry and delusions of Godly grandeur underlie so much of what they do. That, and protecting "the secrets of the temple" at the Jewish-dominated Federal Reserve, which underwrites Imperium and its neophyte Zionist agenda, and has helped engineer a vast re-distribution of wealth from the Middle Class to the 1% over the last 40 years.

On the 11th anniversary of the 9/11 inside job, are Americans finally ready to start facing facts?

(By Chris Moore) -- Citing the minimal risk of terrorism relative to the larger risks associated with merely driving a car, or the even bigger risks associated with starting a world war, on the 11th anniversary, Scientific American wonders: Did the U.S. Overreact to the 9/11 Attacks?

Actually, no, America didn't overreact. But the Zionist-occupied, neo-Imperialist Beltway overreacted, just as it planned to do all along.

And look at the beneficiaries of the overreaction -- all Zionists and their Imperialist accomplices:

-Israel (U.S. wars for Israel);

-the military-industrial complex (Zionists are fanatics and militants, always at sword's points with someone, and hence they and their Imperialist accomplices might as well find a way to profit from Jewry's polarizing character);

-Big Government and the "Homeland Security" police state (Zionist Jewry is too racist to proselytize, and hence needs a pseudo-"secular" Big Brother police state to keep the goyim in line when they inevitably figure out who is at the center of the latest racist and murderous racketeering, which is also why authoritarian Jews constructed a totalitarian police state in the early Soviet;

-and crony-capitalist, crony-socialist State Capitalism, which relies on the (Jewish dominated) Federal Reserve bankster fiat money Ponzi scheme to keep its inner circle billionaires fat, and to keep the millions of dependants and useful idiots it has acclimated to its swindles pacified.

But now that the entire, farcical, murderous, proto-totalitarian Ponzi scheme is melting down, people are only starting to look at how the Zionists have slowly been injecting their poison into the American body politic over the last hundred years in preparation for their final coup.

Sadly for them, the Internet has come along and exposed their treachery, but at least their backup plan of fleeing to Israel is in place. (And some people still wonder why the Zionist-occupied Beltway is so obsessed with attaining "security" for Israel at any cost. Here's a little clue: "How did American Jews get so rich? Since the mass immigration some 100 years ago, Jews have become richest religious group in American society. They make up only 2% of US population, but 25% of 400 wealthiest Americans. How did it happen, and how crucial is their aid to Israel?" )

So after 100 years of this insanity, the last 11 of which have been taken to ridiculous extremes, are the two mainstream parties finally ready to face the troves of "inside job" evidence and confront the Zionist-Imperialist menace in their midst?

Of course not, because they are both bought and owned -- lock, stock and barrel -- by the Zionist perps.

In other words, they will never be "ready" because they are corrupt to the core, complicit by negligence and guilty by association, and essentially co-conspirators who have a vested interest in maintaining the corrupt status-quo and declaring 9/11 truth inquiries "conspiracy theories" that are "anti-Semitic."

If 9/11 truthers ever really want to get to the bottom of it all and expose the truth to the world, they better be prepared to overthrow the two-party apparatus that is protecting the perps, because that is what is standing between them and full disclosure.

Democrat delegates complain they were "shammed" by Zionists and their lackeys at the Democratic National Convention last night

FoxNews.com reports on how, as one delegate put it, rank and file Democrats felt "shammed":

Democrats are still struggling to come to terms with the brief, but raucous, floor fight that erupted Wednesday at their convention over the restoration of references to God and Jerusalem as Israel's capital to the official platform.

Delegates who opposed the move were grumbling about being steamrolled by party leaders. And those party leaders were giving conflicting stories about what actually happened.

Immediately after the vote late Wednesday afternoon, platform committee head and former Ohio Gov. Ted Strickland told Fox News the move was merely a "clarification" and not an "error."

But President Obama's deputy campaign manager Stephanie Cutter contradicted that in an interview Thursday morning with Fox News, as she explained how Obama personally intervened to restore those references.

"They were a mistake and he said we've got to fix it," she said. "President Obama didn't agree with the platform. He sought to change it."

Meanwhile, delegates who objected called the process unfair.

Rashida Tlaib, a member of the Michigan delegation and the state's House of Representatives, told Fox News that delegates had been "shammed" because it was clear the party did not have the votes to change back the language. Tlaib called it "irresponsible" and "wrong."

"It failed twice, and for whatever reason it still failed but was still pushed through," Tlaib said, referring to the three votes that were called during the brief but chaotic procedural move.

Having Washington officially declare Jerusalem as the capital of Israel has been a priority on the Zionist agenda for years, because it essentially provides the Jewish state sanction for complete control, sovereignty and moral authority over a city that is considered holy by Jews, Christians and Muslims.

And having the concept of God conflated with the concept of Jews presiding over God's holy city was also a major coup for the Zionists, which was exactly how the Judeo-Christian Zionist who claimed to be an ordained minister and who introduced the proposal, former Ohio Governor Ted Strickland, framed the issue.

And now, since leadership of both mainline parties in the corrupt Beltway have officially rolled over on all fronts, it seems Zionism can itself be declared the official policy of Washington.

No wonder our country is increasingly becoming a joke in the eyes of the rest of the world; it's a 600 lb gorilla being led around on leash by a 60 lb. Israel-first pygmy dangling dollar bills under its nose.

Last night was an amazing moment at the Democratic National Convention; for an instant, we saw the Israel lobby naked on the national stage. When party bosses stuffed the phrase, "Jerusalem is and will remain the capital of Israel," back into the platform, reportedly at the command of the president himself, and the Democratic rank-and-file on the floor bridled at the command and booed, and even the convention chair, Mayor Villaraigosa, looked to be following orders, the curtain was pulled back on the wizard of Oz-- to use the great conspiratorial figure of a previous American century-- and the press and the informed public were left to discuss what we had all just seen...

Most of the press subsequently performed damage control. Larry O'Donnell of MSNBC poohpoohed it as routine platform-management. Andrea Mitchell changed the subject to the weather shifting tonight's venue, and balloons. Only one commentator truly distinguished himself. Chris Hayes of MSNBC said that it was a "craven" moment and went right to the policy implications, that Israel's claim to Jerusalem is "untenable" and one cause of the endless conflict in the Middle East. Rachel Maddow quickly turned the subject to the other word the Dems had reinserted in the platform-- God-- to get the conversation back on safe ground.

Ideological Zionists and their lackeys, both Jewish and Gentile, are such dishonest and sinister people. The only bones of contention are whether that intelligence was deliberately created and "stovepiped" to the top, and put in front of a political class pre-disposed to believe whatever was dangled before it so long as it was conducive to their greed, or whether it was all one big misunderstanding; and whether massive U.S. wars in the Middle East were pre-planned well before the 9/11 casus belli, or whether they were simply a reaction to 9/11 (even though Iraq had nothing whatsoever to do with the attacks).

As Romney and Obama both continue to demonstrate, America desperately needs a political party that refuses to put Israel first

(By Chris Moore) -- Here's the now-commonplace routine in the neocon/neolib-dominated political culture of the contemporary, insular, ideologically Zionist Washington Beltway: a neocon candidate for national office delivers all kinds of promises to Israel that set new precedents in Israel-first official U.S. policy; if the neolib candidate running in opposition doesn't immediately match them, he is accused of anti-Semitism by the neocon press for not pledging enough support to the Jewish state.

The neolib candidate, thus, must not only match the promises made by the neocon candidate, but must outdo those promises in pro-Israel and pro-Jewish militancy, and usually does.

This goes on blatantly at the Congressional level, and now, most disturbingly, at the presidential election level, as well.

And so it went following Mitt Romney's recent trip to Jerusalem, in which he broke with long-standing official U.S. government policy and declared that city, not Tel Aviv, to be Israel's capital...recognition of which from the U.S. being a long-time item on the Zionist agenda.

Jennifer Rubin, a hard-core neocon Jewish Zionist blogger for the Washington Post, immediately chimed in with an implicit accusation of anti-Semitism by declaring that Obama has a "hostile stance toward the Jewish state" for not promising Israel what Romney just had:

Without specifically criticizing President Obama in his speech in Jerusalem, Mitt Romney delivered a blow to the Obama campaign’s frantic efforts to defend the president’s hostile stance toward the Jewish state simply by saying: “It is a deeply moving experience to be in Jerusalem, the capital of Israel.” The Obama administration can’t even say that much, a sign of how reflectively protective of the Palestinians’ sensibilities is this president.

But President Obama and the neolib Jewish Zionist advisor at his ear for many years now, David Axelrod, were not going to be outdone in Israel-first bona fides, and had an ace up their sleeves: negotiating a commitment by the U.S. to go to war against Iran on behalf of Israel by June of 2013 if Iran hasn't "halted it's nuclear program by then," according to a report in The Times of Israel.

American and Israeli officials are working to arrange a meeting between US President Barack Obama and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at which the White House will assure Israel that the US will use force to stop Iran’s nuclear weapons drive by next June at the latest if the Islamic Republic has not halted its program by then, Israel’s Channel 10 news reported on Tuesday night.

The meeting will take place in New York or Washington at the end of September or the very beginning of October, the report said. David Axelrod, senior strategist in Obama’s re-election campaign, is coordinating arrangements for the meeting, the report said.

The key formulation being discussed for Obama to assure Netanyahu is that the US “will attack Iran by June 2013″ if the Iranian nuclear weapons drive has not halted by then, the report said.

Albeit crude and demagogic, it's an incredibly effective strategy by the Israel-first neocon and neolib political operatives that serve as the brain trust for the each wing of the two party apparatus: attain pro-Zionist promises from candidate A, and then use the neocon press to accuse candidate B of anti-Semitism until he matches those promises and ups the ante. Once candidate B ups the ante, the neolib press accuses candidate A of anti-Semitism until he outdoes candidate B's latest promises...and so on, and so on, and so on...

America needs an America first political party that isn't afraid of being accused of anti-Semitism for not putting the Jewish state first, because as has been demonstrated time and again, the never ending Israel-first one-upmanship can only end in an ideologically Zionist Beltway political class carrying out perpetual U.S. wars for Israel, and pursuing the attendant Judeo-supremaciast agenda of Zionism on both an international and domestic scale until America is run ragged and in ruins.

Does Mitt Romney share the ethics, personal culture and values of the Israel-first casino billionaire poised to become his biggest donor? Sadly, yes

(By Chris Moore) -- Mitt Romney and his relationship with Israel are in the news again, this time because the Jewish Zionist billionaire poised to become his biggest donor, casino mogul Sheldon Adelson, has reportedly conveyed the Romney camp a list of pro-Israel demands in exchange for his support.

Following Romney's recent trip to Israel, I wrote a LibertarianToday.com post about how the candidate is attempting to further join the U.S. and Israel at the hip by disingenuously claiming that America and the Jewish state share common values, a common "culture," and a shared commitment to "the rule of law."

But Israel's culture and rule of law, which amounts to a combination of apartheid mixed with Jim Crow mixed with institutional Jewish supremacism, all based upon ancient, stubbornly racist Jewish doctrine and dogma (dogma that proudly stiff-necked Zionist Jewry has no intention whatsoever of reforming or changing) and on Halakha (Jewish religious law) have nothing whatsoever to do with America's evolving, Western, Greco-Roman, Christian and common law-based culture and ideals.

As I noted in the original piece, the main reason Romney wants to conflate the Jewish state with the U.S. is to protect his own economic interests, and the economic interests of the larger Zionist racket (of which Sheldon Adelson is also a member) and protect what might be called the Judaic values to which he, the neoconservatives, the neoliberals, and other Judeophiles, (including wealthy and powerful elements within the Democratic Party) all subscribe.

One way that Romney and the right-wing half of the bipartisan Judeophile racket goes about justifying the exorbitant "prosperity" of their ideological order (which, like the over $100 billion in "aid" received by Israel from the U.S. over the decades, is come by in an underhanded, coercive, non-productive manner) is by invoking Biblical passages that claim Jewry is "chosen" by God, and that "God blesses those that bless the Jews," (according to the Old Testament).

Of course, this is classic charlatanism, and simply a means for Zionists to explain away their hugely disproportionate and looted wealth, which has nothing whatsoever to do with their supposed "righteousness," but rather is a consequence of their syndicate, its low ethics, and insatiable greed -- all of which is then camouflaged behind haughty pretenses of religious holiness.

The contemporary heirs to the ancient, profiteering Pharisees and Jewish temple priests that Jesus railed against, and to the corrupt Church Indulgence-dealers that Martin Luther despised, have simply secularized their rhetoric (Jewish "culture" is superior, says Romney, avoiding the word "religion") and adapted the rackets of their forbears into the business, national policy, political and geopolitical realms.

But it gets worse, because in addition to charlatanism, what Romney and his Zionist partners are sanctifying is an entire system of economic corruption and predation.

For example, writing in the Village Voice of Mitt Romney's tenure, methods and ethics from 1984 to 1999 at Bain Capital, a venture capital firm he co-founded, Pet Kotz observes:

Romney's specialty was flipping companies—or what he often calls "creative destruction." It's the age-old theory that the new must constantly attack the old to bring efficiency to the economy, even if some companies are destroyed along the way. In other words, people like Romney are the wolves, culling the herd of the weak and infirm.

His formula was simple: Bain would purchase a firm with little money down, then begin extracting huge management fees and paying Romney and his investors enormous dividends.

The result was that previously profitable companies were now burdened with debt. But much like the Enron boys, Romney's battery of MBAs fancied themselves the smartest guys in the room. It didn't matter if a company manufactured bicycles or contact lenses; they were certain they could run it better than anyone else.

Bain would slash costs, jettison workers, reposition product lines, and merge its new companies with other firms. With luck, they'd be able to dump the firm in a few years for millions more than they'd paid for it.

But the beauty of Romney's thesis was that it really didn't matter if the company succeeded. Because he was yanking out cash early and often, he would profit even if his targets collapsed.

Kotz goes on to document how Romney and his partners took over blue collar companies like steel mills, many of them with lengthy histories of profitability, paid themselves huge, unearned management fees, shorted company pensions, neglected proper maintenance and capital equipment investment, borrowed heavily against the companies with debt instruments like bonds (using the proceeds to feather their own nests), and essentially wrung them for all their short-term worth at the expense of the employees and long-term corporate viability.

The results? Many of the companies that he and his partners targeted went bankrupt, leaving thousands unemployed, but "by the time Romney left in 1999, Bain had averaged an 88 percent annual return on investment," says Kotz -- and Romney was personally worth millions.

And as Kotz notes, after piecing together Romney's track record and reviewing 77 investments made under his direction, even the business-friendly Wall Street Journal found that "nearly one in three of the companies experienced severe financial trouble. One in five wound up in bankruptcy. The more telling figure: Of Romney's 10 biggest moneymakers, he ultimately destroyed four of them, leaving bankruptcy judges to clean up the mess."

But Romney's ill-gotten wealth pales in comparison to that of one of his biggest backers, casino mogul Sheldon Adelson, who is reportedly worth $25 billion, is prepared to donate $100 million to Romney's campaign, and who proudly boasts of being an Israel-first Zionist Jew.

What does Adelson expects from Romney in return for the $100 million? An official Israel-first stance straight down the line, reports The Daily Beast -- including the release of Jewish-American Zionist spy for Israel, Jonathan Pollard, whose espionage once put the entire U.S. at risk to Soviet nukes:

Casino tycoon Sheldon Adelson, a major contributor to Mitt Romney’s election effort, is pressing the Republican nominee to come out for the release of Israeli spy Jonathan Pollard, a major Republican donor and associates of Adelson and Romney tell The Daily Beast...

The billionaire has also asked Romney to state publicly that Israeli-Palestinian peace talks are a waste of time because the Palestinians are unwilling to make peace, according to the sources—and he wants a firmer commitment from Romney to move the U.S. Embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, in what would be a de facto recognition of Israel’s annexation of East Jerusalem...

A former naval intelligence officer, Pollard was sentenced to life in prison in 1987 for selling U.S. secrets to Israel—a crime that he acknowledged committing at the time, and which the Israeli government itself formally acknowledged in 1998...

As for Sheldon Adelson's personal Jewish culture and Judaic values of the sort that Mitt Romney loves to so publicly tout?

In addition to making his billions by peddling the gambling vice, the New York Times reports that "Adelson and his company are under investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Justice on allegations of foreign bribery," and that one of Adelson's own ex-employees alleges "that Adelson had initiated a “prostitution strategy” to draw customers to the Macau [gambling] facilities."

Ah, yes, now we're getting down to the real essence of the Judeo-Zionist values embraced by Adelson, Romney and their racket...and really the "values" of the entirety of the bipartisan, Israel-first wing of the corrupt Beltway political class: degenerate, unrepentant, money-worship, all wrapped in an air of fraudulent righteousness, and smuggled into power within a Trojan horse of "defending the Jews" -- when all that is really being defended is the (clearly criminal) Zionist racket and its predations upon law abiding citizens in both the U.S. and Palestine.

(By Chris Moore) -- Mitt Romney continues to insist that Jewry's superior "culture" is the reason the Israeli Zionists are so "prosperous," and now he's even insulting the U.S. by dragging American culture and success into his Jewish supremacist paradigm.

David Rohde writing in the Atlantic:

At a fundraiser in Jerusalem this week, Romney said that aspects of Israel's culture explained why the average per capita income in Israel was twice that of the Palestinians. Within hours, Palestinian officials called the statement "racist" and accused Romney of ignoring the economic impact of Israeli's military occupation of the West Bank, as well as $3 billion a year in American aid to Israel.

Romney could have dismissed the episode as a misunderstanding. But instead he stood by - and expanded - his argument that culture is why Israelis were wealthier than Palestinians.

"In some quarters, that comment became the subject of controversy," Romney wrote in an opinion piece published in the National Review on the final day of his trip. "But what exactly accounts for prosperity if not culture?"

He went on to expand his line of thinking to the United States, saying that several aspects of American culture made it "the greatest economic power in the history of the earth."

No question, the racist Zionist racket has served Jewry well, both in Israel and in the U.S. diaspora, where Jews are the wealthiest people in the country.

But a lot of people work hard, and there are plenty of millionaires who don't subscribe to a Judeo paradigm, but rather, say, to a Christian one. So in addition to both naked and crypto-racism, what unites all these adherents of the Judeo paradigm? Zionists and neo-Imperial Globalists: Birds of a feather seeding the destruction of both Islamic and Western civilization

In his introduction, Skelton describes his investigatory piece as follows:

This is the story of the Syrian war, but there is another story to be told. A tale less bloody, but nevertheless important. This is a story about the storytellers: the spokespeople, the "experts on Syria", the "democracy activists". The statement makers. The people who "urge" and "warn" and "call for action".

It's a tale about some of the most quoted members of the Syrian opposition and their connection to the Anglo-American opposition creation business. The mainstream news media have, in the main, been remarkably passive when it comes to Syrian sources: billing them simply as "official spokesmen" or "pro-democracy campaigners" without, for the most part, scrutinising their statements, their backgrounds or their political connections.

It's important to stress: to investigate the background of a Syrian spokesperson is not to doubt the sincerity of his or her opposition to Assad. But a passionate hatred of the Assad regime is no guarantee of independence. Indeed, a number of key figures in the Syrian opposition movement are long-term exiles who were receiving US government funding to undermine the Assad government long before the Arab spring broke out.

Though it is not yet stated US government policy to oust Assad by force, these spokespeople are vocal advocates of foreign military intervention in Syria and thus natural allies of well-known US neoconservatives who supported Bush's invasion of Iraq and are now pressuring the Obama administration to intervene. As we will see, several of these spokespeople have found support, and in some cases developed long and lucrative relationships with advocates of military intervention on both sides of the Atlantic.

"The sand is running out of the hour glass," said Hillary Clinton on Sunday. So, as the fighting in Syria intensifies, and Russian warships set sail for Tartus, it's high time to take a closer look at those who are speaking out on behalf of the Syrian people.

Citing Skelton's piece at The Occidental Observer, Prof. Kevin MacDonald has an excellent post that captures the greedy, Jewish Zionist-like mindset of these money-worshipping "liberal" Anglo-American globalists who have constructed these phony "opposition" fronts and are today deep into bed with Israel and organized Jewry, and picks up on Skelton's example of the Council on Foreign Relation's US/Middle East Project board member Peter Sutherland as symbolic of the kind of Machiavellian individuals who go to such great lengths to deceive, destroy and exploit both Islamic and Western civilization out of an agenda of self-enrichment.

Notes MacDonald in his piece, Globalists and Neocons: Two potent forces opposing the Assad government in Syria:

Sutherland is chairman of Goldman Sachs International and is a major player in the Bilderberg group. He is particularly loathsome character who, as “UN special representative on migration,” has been a strong advocate for the dissolution of all traces of European national identity based on a common peoplehood and a common culture (“EU should ‘undermine national homogeneity’ says UN migration chief.“) Sutherland cynically argues that the EU must have high levels of migration in order to care for an aging population, in the belief that that might be appealing to native Europeans. But it’s clear that he sees multiculturalism and the dissolution of European cultural and ethnic identities as intrinsically positive goals. As indicated in the article, these goals are to be pursued even if the migrants take jobs from natives.

How British Imperialists brought low Western civilization, and how their greedy, Anglo Globalist heirs are compounding the crime

The movie is an excellent primer on the 250 year British world Empire (once the largest in history) and its colonization of places like India, East Africa, Canada and Australia, but which emphasized the Empire's contraction and ultimate demise into a mere Commonwealth (mostly as a consequence of nationalist liberation movements in its colonies) all shown, as advertised, in color.

The documentary points up both the good and the bad about British colonization, how it theoretically and practically brought advanced concepts in democracy, the rule of law, good governance, human rights, the dignity of the individual, free trade and technology to the far corners of the earth, but also its hypocritical and contradictory practices of institutional bigotry, racism, paternalism, degradation, exploitation, and outright slavery.

Wages for most Americans have been virtually flat for 30 years. Yet from 2009 to 2010 alone, the top 1 percent's wealth grew by more than 11.6 percent.

It's pointless to thunder because the causes of such high compensation are well known. Among them: Steadily lower tax rates on the wealthy, lapdog boards of directors, perverse incentives, the unintended consequences of supposed reforms such as stock options, the power of institutional investors seeking short-term gains and the myth of the chief executive as super hero.

The country has changed since the mid-20th century, when chief executives made much less, not least in our morals, norms and sense of mutual obligation. Daniel Patrick Moynihan's famous statement about "defining deviancy down" applies to many a boardroom, not just to street corners.

In that America, rising productivity was widely shared. The bosses and the people who made their money from investments did very well, but so did ordinary workers. That is no longer the case.

By the time shareholder advocacy and initiatives such as say on pay and more independent boards gained traction, the well-paid horse was long gone from the barn. Today's compensation and its increases are routine.

It's equally pointless to thunder because the consequences have been repeatedly reviewed. In too many cases, incentives for chief executives don't align with preserving the long-term health of their companies, much less with sharing the fruits of productivity and innovation with workers and stakeholders, including communities.

These moguls are paid more if they send good jobs offshore, cut employment at home, hold down wages and slash benefits, close operations or even sell the company. At their worst, compensation practices sack the corporate treasury even as average workers are being let go.

At their worst, they are part of a financialized economy engaged in looting the productive wealth it has taken Americans a century to create. The CEOs who were among the biggest demolition artists behind the Great Recession were getting rich from speculating in risky derivatives, adding debt and moving money around...

So we may as well admit it. We have a permanent plutocracy, something not seen since the late 19th century.

Yuri Slezkine's book The Jewish Century, which appeared last year to rapturous reviews, is an intellectual tour de force, alternately muddled and brilliant, courageous and apologetic. Slezkine's greatest accomplishment is to set the historical record straight on the importance of Jews in the Bolshevik Revolution and its aftermath. He summarizes previously available data and extends our understanding of the Jewish role in revolutionary movements before 1917 and of Soviet society thereafter. His book provides a fascinating chronicle of the Jewish rise to elite status in all areas of Soviet society—culture, the universities, professional occupations, the media, and government. Indeed, the book is also probably the best, most up-to-date account of Jewish economic and cultural pre-eminence in Europe (and America) that we have.

The once-common view that the Bolshevik Revolution was a Jewish revolution and that the Soviet Union was initially dominated by Jews has now been largely eliminated from modern academic historiography...

While all other nationalities, including Jews, were allowed and encouraged to keep their ethnic identities, the revolution maintained an anti-majoritarian attitude...

Jews were leaders of the movement and to a great extent they were its public face.

Their presence was particularly notable at the top levels of the Cheka and OGPU (two successive acronyms for the secret police). Here Slezkine provides statistics on Jewish overrepresentation in these organizations, especially in supervisory roles, and quotes historian Leonard Shapiro's comment that "anyone who had the misfortune to fall into the hands of the Cheka stood a very good chance of finding himself confronted with and possibly shot by a Jewish investigator."

During the 1930s, Slezkine reports, the secret police, now known as the NKVD, "was one of the most Jewish of all Soviet institutions", with 42 of the 111 top officials being Jewish. At this time 12 of the 20 NKVD directorates were headed by ethnic Jews, including those in charge of State Security, Police, Labor Camps, and Resettlement (deportation).

The Gulag was headed by ethnic Jews from its beginning in 1930 until the end of 1938, a period that encompasses the worst excesses of the Great Terror.

They were, in Slezkine's remarkable phrase, "Stalin's willing executioners"...

And "Stalin's willing executioners" were in large part responsible for the deaths of millions at the hands of the Communist police state, which many Jews seemed to view as "payback" for pogroms and other acts of anti-Semitism that have followed certain elements of Jewry around for centuries across continents and time.

Of course, reports of the mass murder and genocide being carried out in the Soviet Union sent shockwaves of fear and loathing radiating across Europe -- particularly fear and loathing of the Trotskyite brand of International Communism and "permanent revolution" advocated by early Soviet and Jewish Bolshevik hero Leon Trotsky, commissar of the Red Army who had butchered millions across Russia. (Trotksy, who eventually broke with Stalin and would later openly embrace Zionism, remains to this day not only a metaphor for international Jewish Bolshevism and Marxist Zionism, but for Trotskyite neoconservatism as well, given that the founding fathers of neoconservatism were Trotskyite Jews who themselves became (or always were) hard-core Zionists, and who simply switched out Communist economic models for State Capitalist ones).

Nazism and Communism emerged as two serious contenders for power in Germany after the First World War, particularly as the Weimar Republic became increasingly unstable.

What became the Nazi movement arose out of resistance to the Bolshevik-inspired insurgencies that occurred in Germany in the aftermath of the First World War. The Russian Revolution of 1917 caused a great deal of excitement and interest in the Leninist version of Marxism and caused many socialists to adopt revolutionary principles. The 1918-1919 Munich Soviet and the 1919 Spartacist uprising in Berlin were both manifestations of this. The Freikorps, a loosely organised paramilitary group (essentially a militia of former World War I soldiers) were used to crush both these uprising and many leaders of the Freikorps, including Ernst Röhm, later became leaders in the Nazi party.

Increasing numbers of capitalists began looking to the nationalist movements as a bulwark against Bolshevism. After Mussolini's fascists took power in Italy in 1922, fascism presented itself as a realistic option for opposing "Communism", particularly given Mussolini's success in crushing the Communist and anarchist movements which had destabilised Italy with a wave of strikes and factory occupations after the First World War. Fascist parties formed in numerous European countries.

Many historians such as Ian Kershaw and Joachim Fest argue that Hitler and the Nazis were one of numerous nationalist and increasingly fascistic groups that existed in Germany and contended for leadership of the anti-Communist movement and, eventually, of the German state. Further, they assert that fascism and its German variant National Socialism became the successful challengers to Communism because they were able to both appeal to the establishment as a bulwark against Bolshevism and appeal to the working class base, particularly the growing underclass of unemployed and unemployable and growingly impoverished middle class elements who were becoming declassed (the lumpenproletariat). The Nazi's use of socialist rhetoric appealed to disaffection with capitalism while presenting a political and economic model that divested "socialism" of any elements which were dangerous to capitalism, such as the concept of class struggle, "the dictatorship of the proletariat" or worker control of the means of production.

Various right-wing politicians and political parties in Europe welcomed the rise of fascism and the Nazis out of an intense aversion towards Communism. According to them, Hitler was the savior of Western civilization and of capitalism against Bolshevism. Among these supporters in the 1920s and early 1930s was the Conservative Party in Britain. During the later 1930s and 1940s, the Nazis were supported by the Falange movement in Spain, and by political and military figures who would form the government of Vichy France. A Legion of French Volunteers against Bolshevism (LVF) and other anti-Soviet fighting formations, were formed.

Given the huge role that Jewish Bolshevism played in Soviet mass murder, it is little surprise, then, that Jewish leftists and agitators, and later, Jewry in general, became targets in Europe in the decades between World War One and World War Two, particularly given that Jews played such a decisive role in the financing and leadership of Communist mass movements there, just as they did in Russia -- likely with the same murderous designs for the European masses that were afflicted by the Jewish and Communist Party elites upon the Russian people.

As Benjamin Ginsberg wrote in his 1993 book The Fatal Embrace: Jews and the State:

In pre-World War I Germany, for example, Jews were extremely important in the Socialist party. The SPD was founded by a Jew, Ferdinand Lasalle, and Jews, including such individuals as Eduard Bernstein and Otto Landsberg, were among the party's most prominent parliamentary leaders. In addition, the party's leading journalists were Jews as were its most notable theorists - Bernstein, Adolf Braun, and Simon Katzenstein; its leading expert on municipal administration was a Jew, as was its expert on electoral law and its chief youth organizer, Ludwig Frank.

Socialists dominated the provisional government established in Germany in the immediate aftermath of World War I. Two of this government's six cabinet members, Otto Landsberg and Hugo Haase, were Jews. Other Jewish Socialists also played important roles during this period. Kurt Eisner was prime minister of Bavaria in 1918-1919. Georg Gradnauer was prime minister of Saxony from 1919 to 1921. In Prussia, Paul Hirsch served as prime minister from 1918 to 1920 and Kurt Rosenfeld as minister of justice in 1918. As noted earlier, Hugo Preuss formulated the Weimar constitution and served as minister of the interior. After the creation of the Weimar Republic, Jews continued to play important roles in the leadership of the SPD. About 10% of the party's Reichstag deputies were Jews, including Rudolph Hilferding, who was minister of finance in 1923 and from 1928 to 1930.

Among the most vehement opponents of the Socialist provisional government was the German Communist party, whose leadership also included a number of Jews. In 1919, under the direction of party chief Paul Levi, the KPD staged a revolt against the Socialist provisional government. One of the most prominent leaders of this revolt was Rosa Luxemburg, who was later captured and murdered by rightist paramilitary forces. Jews were also among the leaders of the Communist government that the KPD briefly established in Bavaria after the murder of Kurt Eisner. Eugen Levine was head of the short-lived Bavarian Soviet Republic, Gustav Landauer was its commissar for propaganda and cultural affairs, and Ernst Toller commanded its "red army." This regime was crushed in May 1919 by free corps forces.

Jews were also important in Socialist and Communist movements in a number of other nations including Britain, France, the United States, and most of the nations of East Central Europe. In Hungary, for example, Jews were prominent in the prewar Socialist movement and in the "Galileo Circle," the center of Budapest student radicalism. The Hungarian Communist government established by Bela Kun in 1919 was dominated by Jews. Twenty of the regime's twenty-six ministers and vice-ministers were of Jewish origin. This government was overthrown after one hundred days by French-backed Rumanian forces.

And again, as MacDonald noted in his review of Slezkine's book:

The once-common view that the Bolshevik Revolution was a Jewish revolution and that the Soviet Union was initially dominated by Jews has now been largely eliminated from modern academic historiography.

And so has the huge Jewish presence in the European Communism and radical socialist movements that paralleled Communist and Jewish Bolshevik atrocities in Soviet Russia.

This Orwellian, memory hole-like scrubbing of history has been systematically accomplished by leftists, Zionists, State Capitalists and neocons in order to wash the blood off of their own hands, preserve their moral authority, and to scapegoat Christianity, conservatism, and the "intolerance" for Jewry of traditional Western civilization for the rise of Nazism and the Holocaust, and deflect attention from the far more relevant and resonant facts of political Judaism's role in Communist mass murder, genocide and theft that led to the fear and loathing that facilitated the rise of fascism.

...Between 1945 and 1950, Europe witnessed the largest episode of forced migration, and perhaps the single greatest movement of population, in human history. Between 12 million and 14 million German-speaking civilians—the overwhelming majority of whom were women, old people, and children under 16—were forcibly ejected from their places of birth in Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Romania, Yugoslavia, and what are today the western districts of Poland. As The New York Times noted in December 1945, the number of people the Allies proposed to transfer in just a few months was about the same as the total number of all the immigrants admitted to the United States since the beginning of the 20th century. They were deposited among the ruins of Allied-occupied Germany to fend for themselves as best they could. The number who died as a result of starvation, disease, beatings, or outright execution is unknown, but conservative estimates suggest that at least 500,000 people lost their lives in the course of the operation.

Most disturbingly of all, tens of thousands perished as a result of ill treatment while being used as slave labor (or, in the Allies' cynical formulation, "reparations in kind") in a vast network of camps extending across central and southeastern Europe—many of which, like Auschwitz I and Theresienstadt, were former German concentration camps kept in operation for years after the war. As Sir John Colville, formerly Winston Churchill's private secretary, told his colleagues in the British Foreign Office in 1946, it was clear that "concentration camps and all they stand for did not come to an end with the defeat of Germany." Ironically, no more than 100 or so miles away from the camps being put to this new use, the surviving Nazi leaders were being tried by the Allies in the courtroom at Nuremberg on a bill of indictment that listed "deportation and other inhumane acts committed against any civilian population" under the heading of "crimes against humanity."

By any measure, the postwar expulsions were a manmade disaster and one of the most significant examples of the mass violation of human rights in recent history. Yet although they occurred within living memory, in time of peace, and in the middle of the world's most densely populated continent, they remain all but unknown outside Germany itself. On the rare occasions that they rate more than a footnote in European-history textbooks, they are commonly depicted as justified retribution for Nazi Germany's wartime atrocities or a painful but necessary expedient to ensure the future peace of Europe. As the historian Richard J. Evans asserted in In Hitler's Shadow (1989) the decision to purge the continent of its German-speaking minorities remains "defensible" in light of the Holocaust and has shown itself to be a successful experiment in "defusing ethnic antagonisms through the mass transfer of populations."

Even at the time, not everyone agreed. George Orwell, an outspoken opponent of the expulsions, pointed out in his essay "Politics and the English Language" that the expression "transfer of population" was one of a number of euphemisms whose purpose was "largely the defense of the indefensible." The philosopher Bertrand Russell acidly inquired: "Are mass deportations crimes when committed by our enemies during war and justifiable measures of social adjustment when carried out by our allies in time of peace?"
